Wow, take a look at this balcony, isn't it delightful?! Doesn't it make you smile?! (look closely to see: Mickey Mouse, a hula hoop, and other small treasures) Perhaps it is an altar honoring the life of a small child?? It has to be in Latin America or Italy, maybe Spain.  I can't seem to find any information about who did and where.  But it's so festive and happy and you can tell whoever did it put lots of love into it.  Happy Valentines Day everyone!
