Blue Monday

I'm finally back in blog ville. You would think I have been to China and back, but no.  I've just been unable to get my post-a-day butt in gear. So, here's to a new beginning!! I am ambitious to keep it rolling, at least 3 days a week, maybe more...we can only hope.
Today I'm contemplating all the blue that I love. Luminous blue, Santa Fe blue, Royal blue.

This is from the Rochas Spring 2011 Collection.  I am in love with this dress. Royal blue.

I collect blue glass. They have to be the perfect 'blue'; not quite an aqua, almost a teal. I like the way these looked after I stacked a few and snapped a micro shot of them. Luminous blue.

When I found this map at a thrift store I was thrilled. Not only is it dotted with 'blue', but it shows where all the best Turquoise mines are in the Southwest. Santa Fe blue.
